Health refers to both a person’s physical (body) and mental (mind) fitness.

Wellbeing is how people feel and function on an individual and social level. It covers the way they feel about their lives, including their jobs and their relationships with the people around them.

Home and work life have become more become merged, impacting on both health and general wellbeing. People are increasingly contactable and engaged through remote working, technology and social media. In addition, the pressures of work for many professions, has increased in recent years.
